A Wickle bit of painting, Lewes

The first washes of paint on Wickle

and then the lights come on...
I have finally got back to painting after an Easter break. Wickle is such a pretty building.
I am trying to get the effect of a rainbow of bright colours in the window to show the cheerful, fun, child-friendly place that it is!

    Not just child friendly! I spend far too much time in Wickle lusting over crockery and strange yet brilliant housewares :) Your painting looks fantastic! x

      Thanks Katie!! by the way...I have little prints of the Flea Market now. Should be one in Chalk in a week or so, they are at the framers for mounting at the mo!
